Our Autumn Clean Up event took place on Sunday 5th of October 2-4pm, approximately 75 people took part and have made a real difference to the area, including many members of the 18th Swindon Scout Group. Here are some 'before' photos, firstly the land to the left of the Swindon Museum and Art Gallery
Above to the left of the Swindon Museum & Art Gallery, Ali Patek and daughter along with Robert Buckland MP working hard on the area.
Above and below, the challenging Mr.Cod/Vic hill bed opposite Long's Bar, below working out where to put the plants
And afterwards Jane Milner-Barry and Paul Dixon looking pleased:
And another 'new' area, Berenger Close which needs many hands to improve the area. We hope this will be a Viola and bulb bed:
There wasn't much soil in the area after all, but it was planted with bulbs
And below a lovely 'before' and 'after' pair of photographs
And some photos of the Intel roundabout area where the 18th Swindon Scouts group worked really well.
